<description><![CDATA[ATHENS, Ga. – Senior Mia Piccio (Bacolod City, Philippines) was the lowest Gator for the second time this week after a third round three-over (75), her second-straight 75 at this championship. However, the No. 9 University of Florida women&amp;#39;s golf team was not able to sustain some momentum on the third day of the NCAA Women&amp;#39;s Golf Championship to combine for a 17-over (305) at the UGA Golf Course in Athens, Ga. The third round is UF&amp;#39;s highest round of the week and brings them to 38-over (902) for the tournament.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[ATHENS, Ga. – The No. 9 University of Florida women&amp;#39;s golf team got improved scores from its bottom three players on Wednesday at the NCAA Women&amp;#39;s Golf Championship. Freshman Ursa Orehek (Domzale, Slovenia), sophomore Anna Young (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada) and junior Elcin Ulu (Istanbul, Turkey) carded second round scores of two strokes or better to lead the Gators on day two. All three players are playing in their first NCAA Championships of their collegiate careers and helped bring Florida&amp;#39;s overall score to 21-over (597) for the tournament.]]></description>

Piccio tied her career-best with a three-under (69), while Ulu went one stroke better to lead UF with a four-under (68).
